Here at Flaky Crust Pie Company, we support Carolina local farms that provide springtime strawberries, summertime blueberries, and peaches, along with fall’s apples and pecans.
When we can, we source fresh eggs, cream, and butter to make the freshest cream and icebox pies. We even use local honey suppliers to make our special one-of-a-kind honey pie.
Flaky Crust Pie Company buys locally and sells locally. It’s important to us to support our Carolina community.

I grew up influenced by my family's foodservice business. I started cooking at the age of seven and learned to make pies in high school by the same culinary instructor that taught Guy Fieri. The Flaky Crust Bourbon Pecan Pie is an inspirational favorite of mine.
