It starts with an all-butter pastry crust and is filled with cherries infused with a hint of almond. The topping is a woven lattice pastry crust that is baked golden and sprinkled with sugar.

Can I buy Flaky Crust pies year-round?
Yes. We offer a different pie each and every month.
Can I custom order a pie?
Yes, as long as it’s on the menu for that month. Custom order your pie with a full crust top, crumble top, or lattice top. There is no extra charge for these requests.
Can you ship pies?
Online sales are not available at this time.
Why should I order vs pickup?
We sell out every Saturday. We come to market with 32-50 pies and will sell those pies by 11:30 am. An order allows your choice of pie, and when you want to pick it up.
Do you have a bakery shop?
Not as this time. With your continued support, we will consider a brick-and-mortar facility.
How many pies can I buy?
Up to 12 pies per weekly order. Orders need a 1 week lead time.
When do I pay for my pie?
Generally at the market. We take cash or credit-debit cards. If you are ordering more than 1 pie you will be asked to pay upon ordering.
Where do I pick up my pie?
Saturdays 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
Sundays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
